Price doesn't equate product quality!

There has been many instances that we as mothers decided to purchase name brand products because we simply thought, "You get what you pay for!"  Well, nothing could be further than truth.  There are many store brand products that are just as good or even better than the high priced name brand products such as storebrandformula.com  Do you need proof?  Recently, store brand infant formulas won a major victor against the U.S. Circuit Court upheld a $13.5 million false advertising claim against Mead Johnson, the makers of Enfamil.   PBM Products, Perrigo's store brand infant formula business, stated that Enfamil made false claims that its infant formula was better than store brand formulas.  If you check the ingredients, store brand formulas offer the same nutrients, as well as the same amount as Enfamil.

Multiple warnings have been issued for Enfamil to restrain from making such misleading advertising, Mead Johnson arrogantly continued to do so.  According to Circuit Judge Andre Davis, "PBM cannot fairly compete with Mead Johnson unless and until Mead Johnson stops infecting the marketplace with misleading advertising."  " The Court has made it clear that national brand and suppliers are entitled to fairly compete and advertising abuses will not be tolerated," said Perrigo Chairman  and CEO Joseph C. Papa in a statement.  "We also appreciate the Court's recognition that PBM could lawfully compare its products to national brand products."
